Ms. Nicolette became employed with the firm while still in law school.  She has been a guardian and a personal representative for families in wrongful death cases.  She maintains a close relationship with the family members during and after the case.  As the personal representative of an estate, it is important to protect the interests of the estate and keep the family members informed as to the status of the case.  Ms. Nicolette is from Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and moved to Miami in 2001.  She graduated with honors from law school and has been admitted to practice in South Carolina, Georgia and Florida along with several federal courts.  She handles interlocutory appeals as well as summary judgment motions. 

Ms. Nicolette is also a divorce attorney in Myrtle Beach.  She handles divorces in Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Georgetown and North Myrtle Beach.  Although much of her efforts go into appeals, she has been spending an increasing amount of time on family law matters.  She is also an immigration attorney in Myrtle Beach.
